Our longstanding client, Holme Dodsworth Metals, is one of the country’s leading metal stockists with branches across the UK.

We took a previous incarnation of the website and turned it into a responsive, contemporary sales tool with a full screen home page and vast array of useful product information.

Holme Dodsworth’s stocks cover a wide range of metals, each with numerous permutations of grades and different profiles. The latest version of the website aims to provide, not only an engaging overview to the group’s services but a comprehensive, user-friendly catalogue carrying every detail that a prospective metals buyer could wish for.

The site contains a summary of each material and its properties as well as downloadable data sheets for each product line. This adds value to the site by making it an important ongoing resource for commercially-used metals and their various applications.

A number of special features have been incorporated including a search function, data “ticker”, branch locator, client-managed news page and a bespoke calculator to help customers establish the weight of specific product types using shape, diameter, length and quantity.

With the new site we have endeavoured to make product information even easier to access as well as enhancing the visual aspects of the design to provide a key source of enquiry generation with a strong brand identity.
