Lawday is a well-established business specializing in the design and manufacture of foundry tooling. Our aim was to develop a fresh brand and build a website which reflects the skills and technological advancement of the company. We used video footage to create a dynamic design which highlights Lawday’s engineering capabilities.
Addressing the corporate identity was an essential first stage of the project. We developed a contemporary logo using simple shapes, based around the L and E, to create a punchy design that is well suited to a highly technical, uncompromising business.
The branding provided the base on which to build the new website design. We employed the vibrant blue to accentuate key elements, contrasting it with a darker palette that sits well with the industrial subject matter.
We commissioned a photographer to obtain both video footage for the home page and a series of images that showcase Lawday’s abilities, combining shots of facilities with close-up product photography.
In terms of marketing collateral, the finished result is an important step forward for the customer, helping them to reinforce their reputation across a range of market sectors.
